The buyer is the consumer who makes the order, and is referred to in the following as the buyer/buyer.
§1 Payment
To shop on colicbutton.com you must be over 18 years of age and have a valid debit card accepted on the website. If you have not yet turned 18, you can buy goods if you have obtained consent from your guardian or otherwise have the legal right to make the purchase.
You select the items you want to buy and put them in the "shopping basket". Up until the time of ordering, you can correct the contents of the shopping basket, and you can continuously check the contents and the price of the goods. Any payment for shipping is charged in step 2, where you must provide your personal details. When you are ready to order, select the delivery method, click "Next" and enter your name, address, email and telephone number. A payment window opens, where you select the payment method and complete the payment. You can change the contents of the shopping cart until you press the "Approve and pay" button. After that, your order is complete and registered.

There are no fees for credit cards.
The amount will not be deducted from your card account until the goods have been dispatched.
Buyers under the age of 18 cannot pay via postal delivery invoicing.

§2 Shipping
At colicbutton.no, we offer delivery to your home address or place of work, and you can choose to collect the item at one of the specified collection points in your area. The price for this is stated when ordering and is shown in the total amount before you approve the order.
Delivery times vary depending on your country and delivery method. Delivery times will be displayed during checkout according to the selected delivery method. Please note that due to high order volume during promotions such as Black Days or during the Christmas period, delivery delays may occur. We prepare all orders with great care and do our best to ship all orders as soon as possible.
If we are out of stock and accepting pre-orders, you must adhere to the delivery date stated on the website and in your order confirmation. If your order contains pre-ordered items, your order will be shipped together when these items are back in stock.
Colic Button is responsible for the goods until you have received them.
Unclaimed packages
If the package is returned from the post shop, we may charge the actual return costs charged to us by the carrier. If you wish to receive the goods again, you must pay for new shipping in case of redistribution.
§3 Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have 14 days in which you have the right to cancel your purchase when you shop with us.
This period expires 14 days after the day you received your goods. The deadline includes all calendar days. If the deadline expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the deadline is extended to the next working day.
If you wish to cancel the purchase after receiving the goods, you must notify us that you wish to cancel the purchase. You can send an email to post@colicbutton.com or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the end of the terms.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the goods, unless you inform us at the same time.
Return of the goods
Once you have informed us that you are canceling the purchase, you have 14 days to return the goods to us.
You must pay for the return shipment yourself, and you will be responsible if it is damaged in transit.
The condition of the item when you return it
If the value of the item is reduced and the reason is that you have used it in any way beyond what was necessary to check the type and characteristics of the item and how it works, only part of the purchase price can be refunded to you. The amount that can be refunded depends on the salable value of the item, and in certain cases this may mean that only the shipping costs can be refunded.
We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, this may reduce the value of the item.
Refund of the purchase price
If you cancel a purchase, you will get your money back. If the value of the item is reduced, we will deduct the amount you are responsible for.
We will refund all payments received from you, no later than 14 days from the day we received your message that you wish to cancel the agreement.
We will return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send documentation that you have returned it.

§4 Complaint rights
When you shop with us as a consumer, the Consumer Purchase Act applies.
This means that you have the right to complain within 24 months. Please contact us before returning the item.
If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either get the item repaired or replaced, or your money back, or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.
If the package is damaged upon receipt, please reject the receipt and contact Colic Button as soon as possible.
You must complain within a "reasonable time" after discovering an error. If you complain within two months of discovering the error, it will always be considered within a reasonable time.
You can complain by contacting us by email at post@colicbutton.com or by phone at + 47 48 47 48 87. Depending on the specific situation, you will receive further instructions.
As a starting point, you will receive a return notice via e-mail, which you must print out, fill in and attach to the item when you return it.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your shipping costs (within reasonable limits).
If the complaint is not justified, you must cover the transport costs yourself, including our shipping costs to return the item after examination.
The item must always be returned in suitable packaging. Also remember to obtain a receipt for the shipment, so that we can reimburse your shipping costs.
You are responsible for the item yourself until we receive it. Therefore, keep the postal receipt including information on shipping costs as well as any tracking number.
Never try to repair the motor or any other products yourself. If you choose to do so, the warranty will no longer apply.

§5 Purchase ban for planned resale
Colicbutton.com has a quantity limit per order to prevent purchases through the site from being made for planned resale. It is therefore not possible to order more than 5 pieces of each item unless otherwise agreed. If Colic Button considers that a customer is buying for resale, Colic Button reserves the right to cancel one or more of these orders.
§6 Privacy policy
We need the following information when you shop with us: Name, address, telephone number and email address.
We register and pass on the personal information that is necessary to deliver the goods to you.
Personal information is registered with Colic Button AS and stored for five years, after which the details are deleted.
In addition, we collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. These companies process the data exclusively on our behalf and must not use it for their own purposes.
We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries where your data will be provided with adequate protection.
At colicbutton.com, the person responsible for data is Colic Button AS.
You have the right to be informed about which details about you we process.
If you believe that the details are inaccurate, you have the right to have them corrected. In certain situations, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask us to do so. This may, for example, be data that is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we used it.
