Here are the terms that make up our shipping terms.

Processing time for shipment

All orders are processed within 1-3 working days. Orders are not sent out on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed for a few days. Please allow extra time for delivery during transport.

If there is a significant delay in the dispatch of your order, we will contact you by email or telephone.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates:

Delivery is free on all orders.

Shipping method Estimated delivery time

We ship worldwide every working day from our warehouse and deliver within 1-3 working days in Europe. In all other countries, delivery can take between 1-5 working days.

Confirmation of shipment and tracking number

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped, which will include the tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, duties and taxes

We ship to all countries in Europe, including all charges for taxes and import costs included.

The countries we ship to may change due to external factors beyond our control.

Damage

ColicButton.com is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping company to file a complaint. Please keep all packaging and damaged items before submitting a complaint.
