Return and refund

Cancellation period
As a consumer, you have a 14-day cooling-off period when you shop with us, during which you have the right to cancel the purchase.

This cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your goods. If you have ordered several items in the same purchase, and they are delivered separately, the deadline runs from the day you received the last item.

The cancellation period means that you have 14 days after receiving the goods to notify us that you wish to cancel the purchase. You can send an e-mail to hello@colicbutton.no or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the end of the terms.

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the goods, unless you inform us at the same time.


Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded if you cancel part of your purchase.

Return of the goods
Once you have informed us that you are canceling the purchase, you have 14 days to return the goods to us.

You must pay for the return shipment yourself, and you will be responsible if it is damaged in transit.

The condition of the item when you return it
If the value of the article is reduced and the reason is that you have used it in any way beyond what was necessary to check the type and characteristics of the article and how it works, only part of the purchase price can be refunded. The amount that can be refunded depends on the salable value of the item and in certain cases this may mean that only the shipping costs can be refunded.

We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, this may reduce the value of the article.

Refund of the purchase price
If you cancel a purchase, you will get your money back. If the value of the item decreases, we will deduct the amount you are responsible for.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to additional delivery costs if you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest standard form of delivery we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we have received your notification that you wish to cancel the agreement .

We will return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send documentation that you have returned it.
